Al Dhahara Mosque

This is a simple mosque consists of main prayer hall for gents, smaller ladies prayer hall, Islamic school, local library, Imam residence and commercial shops. The architectural style adapted is simple Omani traditional architecture. The projections that the population of this area would triple in the next 7 years due to its proximity to the main exist from new Batinah Expressway which leads to Saham city center. Therefore, the architectural and structural design allowed for expansion plan at ease of 3 times the current area of worshiping area. In addition the architectural master planning design allocated a space for a large community hall that can be used as worshiping space in the future. This project was designed for the community as part of our commitment to social responsibility to give away architecture and engineering services.
