Back to ProjectsJamal was part of the design team (Earc Brisbane NRA Co-lab) who prepare this concept master planning residential proposal for feasibility study purposes. It is a residential resort development in steep rocky terrain overlooking the beautiful Bar Al Jissa Coastal line in Muscat. The planning comprises of high-end terraced villas and residential units connected with landscaped pathways leading to the beach and to retail and F&B that serve the residence and the neighboring communities.
